SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
The Contract Manager will report to the Senior Counsel, Operations and will assist the Senior Counsel, Operations and other members of the Law Department with contracting matters. This role will collaborate with various departments within Integra and play a key role in supporting strategic priorities for Integra’s Operations function.

Responsibilities include:
  • Draft and review a wide range of contracts and legal documents, including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), master services agreement (MSA), statements of work, work orders, change orders, amendment to SOWs, etc. in accordance with Integra’s policies and standards;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., operations, procurement, IT, quality) to understand business objectives and ensure agreements align with Integra’s standards and legal and regulatory requirements;
  • Handle a high volume of work and respond promptly to crises and client demands efficiently and practically;
  • Ensure that all work is accomplished with quality and responsiveness and in accordance with Integra values;
  • Partner with attorneys and other colleagues in the Law Department to drive process improvements for contract management workflows;
  • Partner with attorneys and other colleagues in the Law Department to develop and maintain standardized templates and contract playbooks;
  • Work with cross-functional teams and members of the Law Department to implement and maintain the contract lifecycle management system (CLM);
  • Train and assist end-users of the CLM from time to time;
  • Identify and communicate risk areas and issues throughout contract lifecycle and escalate appropriate situations to attorneys and business stakeholders to resolve; and
  • Support attorneys and other colleagues in the Law Department with special projects or assignments from time to time.

Requirements include:
  • Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, and/or paralegal certificate required;
  • Minimum of 5 years of contract negotiation experience in an in-house legal department;
  • Advanced understanding of legal concepts of contracts and contract interpretation;
  • Excellent communication skills, including, written, verbal, and presentation abilities;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with and build relationships across all levels of the organization;
  • Highly developed time management skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines and handling multiple priorities efficiently;
  • Demonstrates a high degree of initiative and ability to work independently;
  • Significant organizational skills and personal discipline necessary to maintain current accounting of all active matters, and to proactively and routinely update relevant internal and external stakeholders on matter status;
  • Ability to work as part of cross-functional teams and effectively influence business partners to solve problems;
  • Comfort with dynamic change necessary to drive or support continuous improvements within the Law Department and for internal clients; and
  • Experience with medical device and/or pharmaceutical company is a plus.
Additional details:
  • This role is hybrid between Princeton, NJ and remote. Office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
