Key Responsibilities
- Cost Estimation: Develop accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for retail buildings, warehouses, and interior projects based on architectural drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Bid Preparation: Prepare detailed bid proposals, including cost breakdowns, scopes of work, and project timelines. Ensure all bids are competitive and aligned with company goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information, clarify project details, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Budget Management: Monitor project costs and budgets throughout the construction phase. Identify potential cost savings and provide recommendations to optimize project expenditures.

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a construction estimator, with a strong background in estimating costs for retail buildings, warehouses, and interior projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in estimation software and tools (e.g., ProEst, PlanSwift, Bluebeam).
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards. Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations.
