Senior Construction Estimator

We are a general contracting company in the area with a backlog of projects, and we are seeking an estimator to join our growing team. We are looking for a full-time estimator with excellent people skills and a proven track record in commercial construction projects. Being a team player, as well as the ability to work autonomously, is essential.

Estimator Responsibilities:

• Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction, including labor and material expenses.
• Utilize conceptual design and value engineering as necessary.
• Write and present budgets, reports, and project plans.
• Develop and manage estimates for multiple simultaneous projects.
• Collaborate with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams while also being able to work independently.
  
  

Estimator Qualifications:

• 1 years of experience estimating commercial construction projects
• B.S. in Construction Management or a related degree is Strongly Preferred
• Effective communication, attention to detail, ability to analyze and organize data in a timely manner
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Pre-construction management or other related fields.
• Familiarity with construction estimation software.
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
