Marketing Manager
Overview :
We are a commercial contractor with 46 years of exceptional building experience. It is listed as an ENR Top 400 U.S. General Contractor and has corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC and offices in Greenville and Charleston, SC. The organization is currently seeking a Marketing Manager for our Charlotte Office.
You will work with a group of talented marketing professionals who support our executive team, business developers, operational leaders, and project teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position will help ensure brand consistency throughout the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and manage materials including qualifications, brochures, proposals, presentations, award submittals, etc. for a variety of market types
- Maintain marketing database; companies, contacts, personnel resumes, photography, project data, and other proposal content
- Develop content for social media campaigns
- Coordinate with professional photographers for finished project photography
- Manage project-specific events (groundbreakings, topping outs, etc.)
- Update website as necessary
- Update Linktree as necessary
- Update intranet (MyHub) as necessary
- Manage job site signage
- Develop and coordinate graphics, write and edit layout materials
- Plan and execute events for both external and internal audiences
- Supports special projects and completes other marketing responsibilities
