Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership & Management :
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring the team meets and exceeds performance goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and support staff to achieve their full potential.
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented atmosphere with a focus on high morale and professionalism.
- Client Relations :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly within the apartment industry.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering top-quality staffing solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Business Development :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the branch's client base.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share within the apartment industry and other sectors.
- Recruitment & Staffing :
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring that candidates are fully screened and meet client requirements.
- Ensure that the branch consistently provides qualified candidates, avoiding "warm body" placements.
- Compliance & Reporting :
- Ensure all staffing activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, client satisfaction, and financial metric
