Responsibilities :
- Front Desk Operations : Greet residents, visitors, and vendors in a welcoming and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Phone and Email Communication : Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly and courteously, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Resident Services : Assist residents with inquiries, work orders, and package deliveries, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Leasing Support : Provide administrative support to the leasing team, including scheduling appointments, giving property tours, and processing lease applications.
- Administrative Tasks : Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, copying, and scanning documents.
- Mail and Package Handling : Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to residents and staff.
- Maintenance Coordination : Receive and log maintenance requests from residents, create work orders, and communicate with maintenance staff to ensure timely resolution.
- Safety and Security : Monitor security cameras, access control systems, and visitor logs to ensure the safety and security of the property.
- Vendor Management : Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property maintenance, repairs, and services as needed.
