Job Summary :
The Chief Information Officer (CIO) is a senior executive responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and management of information technology (IT) systems within Integra Testing Services. The CIO will oversee all aspects of IT, ensuring that technology infrastructure supports the company’s business goals, operational efficiency, and growth. This role involves collaborating with the organization to align IT strategies with business objectives and leading the IT department to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
Operational Leadership :
Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with the company's overall business strategy and goals.
Provide visionary leadership to ensure the IT department supports the company’s strategic initiatives and drives technological innovation.
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies that enhance business processes and operational efficiency.
IT Management and Operations :
Oversee the management and optimization of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and data centers.
Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of IT systems and platforms.
Manage IT budgets, including planning, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure effective and efficient use of resources.
Ensure seamless integrations of various IT systems and platforms to enhance data flow and operational efficiency.
Ensure the IT services meet the needs of the organization and its users. Manage service level agreements and ensure that It services are being delivered in accordance with agreed-upon standards and expectations.
Team Leadership and Development :
Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the IT department.
Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management to build and maintain a high-performing IT team.
Technology Governance and Risk Management :
Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Implement and manage IT security measures to protect company data and systems from cyber threats and breaches.
Develop and execute disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Project Management and Delivery :
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Collaborate with other departments to identify technological needs and opportunities for process improvement.
Ensure effective project management practices, including risk management and stakeholder communication.
Stakeholder Engagement :
Communicate IT strategy, plans, and progress to the CEO, board of directors, and other key stakeholders.
Build and maintain relationships with external technology vendors, partners, and industry experts.
Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and other events.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position. Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects and teams is required.
Technical Skills : Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems management, cybersecurity, and data management. Proficiency in various technology platforms and software applications.
Leadership Skills : Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a technology team. Proven history of strategic planning and execution.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop and implement long-term IT strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational success.
