About the Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, team leadership, and quality control. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute TAB projects.
- Lead and develop the TAB team.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects.
- Certifications: Certified Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) Technician (e.g., AABC, NEBB) preferred. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
