Position Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team and support the Operations Department in maintaining smooth daily operations across various healthcare facilities in the Greater New York Area. This full-time, traveling position will require a flexible, proactive individual who excels in communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building.
As the Operations Coordinator, you will act as a supporting point of contact between clinical staff and upper management, helping to streamline operations and address day-to-day issues. Your responsibilities will include maintaining facility relationships, managing inventory, assisting in educational meetings, and ensuring accurate record-keeping and data entry.
Key Responsibilities :
Facility Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong working relationships with healthcare facilities throughout the Greater New York Area.
Inventory Management : Oversee inventory tracking, ensure necessary supplies are available, and troubleshoot any supply chain issues.
Issue Resolution : Identify and resolve operational issues as they arise, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.
Point of Contact : Serve as a supporting liaison between clinical staff and upper management to ensure clear communication and efficient operations.
Data Entry & Record Keeping : Accurately enter and maintain records, reports, and other documentation as required by the Operations Department.
Educational Support : Assist in organizing and supporting vascular educational meetings for facility staff, ensuring content delivery and engagement.
Travel Requirements : Regular travel to various healthcare facilities across the Greater New York Area to support operational needs.
Requirements :
Travel : Willingness and ability to travel daily within the Greater New York Area.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clinical staff, management, and external partners.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
License & Transportation : Valid driver's license and access to a reliable automobile for travel between locations.
Education : High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience : Healthcare administration experience is a plus, but not required.
