Integra Work Solutions is looking for a strong, dependable Bilingual Spanish Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a multifamily apartment community. What We're Looking For:
✅ Construction Experience
- Background in residential or commercial construction required.
- Hands-on skills in areas such as drywall, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
✅ Crew Leadership
- Proven ability to lead and supervise maintenance techs.
- Comfortable managing work schedules, responding to emergencies, and ensuring top-quality service delivery.
✅ MEP Systems Knowledge
- Familiarity with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems is a must.
- Able to troubleshoot and delegate tasks efficiently.
✅ Communication & Culture Fit
- Fully bilingual English/Spanish to effectively coordinate with a diverse team.
- Leads by example and maintains a performance-driven, respectful work environment.
✅ Compliance & Work Ethic
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Able to pass a background check.

Compensation & Path to Growth:
- Starting Pay: $27-$30/hour, negotiable based on experience

- Upon Direct Hire (after probationary period of 90 days):

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across commercial and residential construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Utilize mechanical and electrical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Manage maintenance schedules and oversee the use of CMMS for tracking work orders.
- Lead a bilingual team, fostering effective communication in both English and Spanish.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of HVAC systems and other facilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
