Picker / Packer Job Summary
Our company is searching for a Picker / Packer to help us with our shipping and receiving operations. In this position, you will work in our distribution center, packing, labeling, and scanning outgoing shipments. Our ideal applicant has a general warehouse or order-picking experience. You also need to be able to work in a loud trucking environment when loading shipments.
Picker / Packer Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive orders for outgoing shipments
- Find the products on our warehouse shelves
- Pack the products and apply a label
- Scan the label and put the package on an outgoing truck
- Log orders to keep the inventory up-to-date
