This position will work out of Integral Blue’s Auburn Hills Michigan office Monday through Friday with occasional remote work flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engineering Deliverables. Develop, prepare, and maintain technical deliverables, ensuring quality and completeness against scope, requirements, specifications, designs, and established documentation of projects, systems, or related tasks.
- Product Submittals. Compile, package, review, and submit technical detailed product submittals and documentation, ensuring compliance with specifications, industry standards, client and regulatory requirements.
- System Delivery. Oversee, coordinate, and execute detailed plans for system and device migration, commissioning, testing, and facilitate system and project closeout.
- Systems Provisioning. Directly or indirectly setup and configure systems, aligning completion with schedule, established requirements, procedures, and best practices.
- Field Professional Line-up/Support. Be responsible as a key resource to provide technical guidance and support for field professionals during installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and other project delivery activities.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems in engineered systems and devices, ensuring minimal downtime and operational continuity. Analyze and identify root causes, collaborate with team members, and implement long-term solutions to improve system reliability and mitigate reoccurring issues.
- Material Specification. Review technical specifications for materials, develop a Bill of Materials, and collaborate with external organizations or vendors to evaluate alternatives and source appropriate materials, equipment, or software.
- Solutions Research and Development. Investigate, develop, and effectively identify solutions to address project requirements or enhance system functionality. Innovate and explore cutting-edge solutions to address unique challenges.
- Support Project Managers. Assist project managers with the development of project proposals, estimates, scheduling, and related technical tasks. Provide technical insight to mitigate risks and confirm adherence to requirements and timelines. Attend client meetings as necessary.
- Support Winning Work. Contribute technical expertise to the development of proposals, estimates, client presentations, and bid processes. Collaborate with business development teams and participate in pre-sales activities such as client meetings to highlight capabilities and secure new projects.
- Mentor team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the organization. Promote collaboration through knowledge sharing to improve team capabilities.
- Client Relations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and responsive technical support. Ensure technical deliverables align with client needs and expectations.
Qualifications Required:
- Demonstrated experience in maintenance, integration, and network management within technical or infrastructure-related industries, with a proven ability to deliver successful service projects. - Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have excellent technical writing skills.

- Good problem solving and analytical ability.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications Desired but Not Required:
- Certification in networking, cybersecurity, or IT Infrastructure and services (e.g. CompTIA, Cisco, Alcatel, Solarwinds, ISC2, BISCI, FOA, AWS, Microsoft Azure).
