Job Summary: The QMHP Supervisor is responsible for leading the team's service delivery and ensuring the provision of recovery-focused, person-centered care with a trauma-informed perspective. The QMHP Supervisor operates in a dynamic environment, develops extensive knowledge of community resources, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and cultivates a clinical skill-set by forging therapeutic relationships with diverse community members. The QMHP Supervisor participates in diagnostic evaluations and provides assessment of strengths, preferences, functional impairments and symptoms of psychiatric and/or co-occurring disorder(s) to ensure optimal and personalized services. The QMHP supervisor identifies and implements strategies for ongoing program development and achievement of unit performance measures and engages staff to ensure the highest quality of care and effective use of provider staff time and resources. This position is responsible for oversight of assigned program and personnel and may carry an individual case load. This position is responsible for supervision of staff within the assigned unit including, but not limited to, areas of client care, self-care, professional development, time management, performance review and feedback.

On-call responsibilities may be required dependent upon unit protocols. Moderate latitude for independent judgment.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

Required:

  • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field. Master's degree preferred.

License:

Required:

  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Experience:

Preferred:

  • Minimum of three years working with individuals in treatment for behavioral health disorders and/or recovery.
  • Two years of supervisory experience preferred.

Hours: Full-Time.

Workdays: Monday-Friday (With flexibility to work weekends when required).

Workhours: 8:00am-5:00pm.

Salary: $61,712.56 annually.
