About Integral Farm
We are a mixed vegetable farm that uses no agricultural chemicals and very little machinery. We grow 50 different types of crops seasonally to be sold at farmers' markets throughout western Oregon. We value hard work, good vibes, and work-life balance.
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated harvester who will be responsible for harvesting and washing vegetables and other farm work as needed. This frequently includes bending, reaching, twisting, pushing, pulling, lifting, and generally working up a good sweat.
The season runs from April through November.
Duties
- Work with a team to complete harvest/wash/pack activities.
- Complete other farm work such as weeding or clearing crop debris as needed.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and ability to learn the required tasks.
- Familiarity with vegetable farming is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
