What you will do at Integral Molecular :

This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of our marketing team and activities, with the potential to grow with the company's growth plans over the next few years. Reporting to the VP of Sales with autonomy, the Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing the marketing campaigns that underpin Integral's overall commercial strategy. This role requires exceptional organization and communication to coordinate the marketing team activities needed by each product line. This role is on a fully hybrid team with the flexibility to work from home.

Key responsibilities

Lead the development and management of an annual marketing activities calendar in close collaboration with product managers and leadership to ensure alignment with product launch timelines, industry tradeshows, and key events

Execute omnichannel marketing campaigns aimed at boosting brand awareness, generating and nurturing leads, and driving conversions on a global scale

Track performance, generate reports, and analyze campaign effectiveness to guide future strategies based on ROI and analytics

Help launch new products and services, including entirely new business divisions

Manage a team of creative and effective marketing professionals to develop all campaign elements across various channels

Assign tasks, provide clear direction to the team and ensure workflows to meet project timelines and objectives

The successful candidate will have

A demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute complex projects with multiple objectives and deliverables

Successful experience working in a small, high growth, collaborative environment

A demonstrated interest in learning and growing in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment, and a keen sense of curiosity about learning our science

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills (up / down / across), as well as excellent communication skills with both marketing experts and non-experts

4 years of progressive marketing experience, including B2B marketing of scientific or technology-based products

Bachelor's degree required
