What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paralegal - Private Credit position at Integral Search?
We have been engaged by a top performing and expanding Private Credit fund who are looking to grow their legal function with the addition of a Paralegal.
With this being a new role, you will be able to shape the direction of the position, with the opportunity for growth in a number of directions. You will be a key liaison point across the department, working with legal & compliance as well as significant business engagement.
As the first Paralegal in the business you will be responsible for the collection and organization of various documents relating to transactions, legal entity management as well as regulatory filings and requests.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Drafting and Reviewing legal documents relating to cases across the firm
- Creating and managing case files
- Conducting legal research and supporting the firms attorney's across all legal activities within the firm
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a legal function with exposure to corporate or funds / investment management seen as a plus. Experience gained either within a law firm setting or in-house will be considered as the focus for this hire is much more on team cultural fit than direct previous experience.
