Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a Server to join our team. Key responsibilities include taking meal/drink orders, serving meals, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining side stations and dining areas, following cleaning schedules, practicing safety procedures, and maintaining high hospitality standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must enjoy working with seniors, have excellent communication skills, be able to interact with guests, residents, and staff in a courteous and friendly manner, respond promptly to resident needs, balance team and individual responsibilities, and work flexible hours as needed.
