Job Description
We are seeking a Server to join our team. Key responsibilities include taking meal/drink orders and serving meals in a friendly and timely manner, ensuring residents and guests are satisfied with their meals, maintaining knowledge of all specials and general descriptions of all food items, maintaining all side stations and dining areas, following daily and weekly cleaning schedules, practicing all safety and loss prevention procedures, and setting up and cleaning the Dining Room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must enjoy working with seniors, have excellent communication skills, be able to interact with guests, residents, and staff in a courteous and friendly manner, respond promptly to resident needs, balance team and individual responsibilities, and work flexible hours as needed.
