What are the responsibilities and job description for the ACC/A5IQ Maintenance & Sustainment Analyst position at Integral Services Company?
Overview
Support the Air Combat Command Requirements Directorate (ACC / A5I) to implement and sustain new and existing applications, and processes in support of the requirements of the Remote Piloted Aircraft (RPA) and High-Altitude ISR modernization.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and analytical support to the HQ ACC / A5IQ in the development and integration of requirements into existing and / or planned systems
- Assist in planning documents and activities to include, but not limited to O&M, various acquisition activities, requirements development and developmental planning
- Provide technical and analytical assistance including evaluating operational capabilities and addressing operational needs
- Provide development, analysis, and process assistance in all Program Objective Memorandum and Amended Program Objective Memorandum activities. Assist in investment strategy planning
- Assist in the development, validation, and coordination of varied requirements documents including AF Forms 1067, the range of JCIDS documentation, and Capstone Requirements Documents (CRD)
- Support the development of RPA Enabling Concepts as well as long-range plans, modernization roadmaps and other formal or informal planning documents required
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and databases
- Advise ACC / A5IQ on operational, logistics, and technical issues, transition strategy, project schedules, program plans, and other time-sensitive documents
- Provide technical and analytical support to the HQ ACC / A5IQ in the development and integration of future RPA requirements into existing and / or planned systems
- Provide expertise and guidance to ACC / A5I, enabling directives to the System Program Office with regard to enduring Support and Sustainment Requirements (Technical Orders, manuals, requirements, etc.) for all aspects of MQ-9 operations (CONUS / OCONUS)
- Assist MQ-9 fleet allocation and disposition; and coordinate movement of assets to meet ever-changing warfighter needs, to include work with partner nations
- Coordinate MQ-9 production aircraft distribution, transfer of MQ-9 aircraft between units, MAJCOMs, and FMS customers; and coordinate aircraft movement for retrofit and modification programs
- Coordinate Technical Order verification efforts of Maintenance Technical manuals
- Manage urgent operational needs (UONs) support and sustainment activities
- Coordinate at the group and wing commander level to gain consensus and support for higher risk, rapidly fielded capabilities
- Conduct Training Planning Team and Curriculum Advisory Council team meetings as well as reliability and maintainability conferences
- Represent HQ ACC / A5IQ at conferences and meetings for maintenance / logistic issues
- Advise Lead MAJCOM directors as required through the direction of the A5I Division Chief.
- Communicate verbally and / or in writing at the senior leadership level across ACC / A4 and ACC / A5 / 8 / 9 and externally as directed by leadership
- Support the development of acquisition strategies, project schedules, program plans, financial plans and other time-sensitive documentation required to manage the transition of the existing RPA maintenance program into a complex mix of military, contractors, Air National Guard (ANG), and Air Force Reserve (AFRC) personnel
- Support ACC Program Director and program managers on MQ-9 maintenance, supply support, configuration, and technical issues. Support the evaluation of technical data, technical manuals, engineering changes, logistic plans and procedures for content and accuracy
- Support transition and fielding activities, exercises, demonstrations, system bed-down, unit activations, and contingency planning and execution
- Support and assist as required to resolve system engineering and maintenance concerns
- Manage the depot assistance request process from all MQ-9 operating locations and AFMC program office
- Support force structure requirements and manage depot maintenance requirements for sustainment of the MQ-9 aircraft and associated systems to include the development and management of a Product Improvement Working Group (PIWG) and System Safety Group (SSG)
- Support requirements definition for the ACC Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) effort for MQ-9 and in establishing sustainment requirements for system upgrades and improvements
