Overview
Program Analyst II
Location : Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD
Clearance : TS / SCI
Provide Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) support for Cyber and Electronic Warfare (EW) programs.
Responsibilities
- Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of all contract support activities. Interface with government personnel.
- Formulate and review project feasibility studies, determine costs, ensure conformance to work standards.
- Interpret policies, purposes, and goals of the organizations for subordinates.
- Manage logistics support analysis for military systems.
- Manage systems safety studies.
- Identify, acquire and utilize company resources to achieve project technical objectives.
- Provide experience and expertise in the implementation of communications, sensor, and cyber countermeasures / techniques into hardware, software, and systems for development of Cyber products
- Support applied research and development, advanced technology development, for hardware and software, cyber capability engineering, modeling and simulation and
planning tools, and software and firmware for Development / Implementation, Lab Experiments, and Field Demonstrations.
