Community Outreach Lead

Job description

Responsibilities:
- Work alongside community members in delivering resources to rural outlying communities.

- Work out in the community, driving up to 8 hours a day, 3 days a week.

- Be comfortable and knowledgeable of driving in hazardous conditions
- Conduct presentations and educational sessions to inform the community about the organization's mission and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate outreach efforts and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, including participant information and outcomes
- Assist with administrative tasks related to outreach, such as scheduling meetings and preparing materials

Qualifications:
-Clean criminal and driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
-3 years Driving experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to be trauma-informed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
