IntegraONE is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to lead and grow our annual revenue within the greater Pittsburgh region. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in sales, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets. As a blended hunter/farmer role the ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can cultivate strong relationships, deliver new logos, grow existing accounts, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities
· Meet and exceed sales targets and goals in closing new logos while growing existing book of business.
· Consistent collaboration with team members and OEM channel partners.
· Own and drive revenue outcomes within the Pittsburgh region (Western PA, Ohio and West Virginia) including ability to commute within the above territory on a daily/weekly basis for customer facing engagements.
· Review monthly forecasts and business outcomes with representatives and sales leaders.
· Stay knowledgeable and up to date on industry changes, and competitive landscapes.
· Translate complex technical benefits into business solutions for clients.
· Interfacing with technical and executive-level stakeholders.
Qualifications
· 4 years of sales experience in a related technology field.
· Proven track record of performance from current sales position.
· Ability to create and execute account plans.
· Demonstrated success in exhibiting key components in prospecting, closing new logos and building existing account base.
· Strong sales acumen and discipline.
· Strong communications both verbally and written.
· Highly organized, detail oriented with excellent time management skills.
· Fast learner and demonstrated ability to multi-task.
· Enjoy working as part of a team at a fast-paced company and ever-changing industry- IT.
· Highly self-motivated to ensure success in a very competitive profession.
Compensation & Benefits
· Compensation is salary/draw plus commission, Company paid benefits and flexible PTO/Vacation
· Candidate will work out of our Seven Fields office when not in field related activities. This will typically be three days in office (unless in customer facing opportunities) and two days remotely.
