We take care of you so you can take care of our team.What you'll be doing : Oversee and manage the organization’s payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payroll for all employees.Utilize ADP software to its full potential to enhance payroll systems and reporting capabilities.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and reporting requirements.Develop, implement, and monitor payroll policies and procedures for accuracy and efficiency.Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll with benefits, taxes, and reporting.Respond to and resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees and management.Conduct audits and prepare detailed payroll reports for leadership review.Train and mentor payroll staff, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).Strong ADP experience.Comprehensive knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and best practices.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Proven ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively across departments.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus.The ideal candidate profile : Thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces innovation in payroll systems.Has a deep understanding of ADP software and can leverage it to optimize processes.Is a proactive problem solver with strong organizational and time-management skills.Demonstrates a commitment to accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of payroll management.Embodies our team values by leading with integrity and fostering collaboration.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by the incumbent assigned to this job.
