What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Product Designer position at Integrate?
About Us
Integrate is a Seattle-based company building multiplayer project management software for the world’s most ambitious machines 💪.
Integrate simplifies cross-organizational collaboration within deep tech (think rockets, self-driving cars, robotics), with vendors, customers, and other external stakeholders as seamlessly as other software solves collaboration for internal teams. We are modernizing how organizations work together in the new deep tech economy by reducing communication overhead and unnecessary workload.
Our Solution
Existing software tools struggle to match the rapid pace and complexity of hardware development in deep tech industries. Integrate is creating specialized software that facilitates clear, efficient, and effective communication across internal and external stakeholders, empowering teams to innovate faster.
About The Role
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Designer who can bridge the gap between outstanding design and product management. You'll not only craft exceptional user experiences but also take ownership of the product development process—shaping rough ideas into detailed, feasible features ready for engineering hand-off. You'll collaborate directly with leadership, product, engineering, and QA teams to guide features from concept to launch, ensuring they meet user needs, align with business objectives, and are executed to our high standards. You will design end-to-end user experiences, from quick iterations to production-ready specs, and will be instrumental in our design and development process, and marketing function.
Who You Are
An effusive, proactive written communicator that can maintain collaboration on multiple projects while working asynchronously, i.e. you offer status updates before they’re requested and abuse slack emojis.
A detail-oriented designer with a strong ability to zoom out, assess the bigger picture, and design thoughtfully with future scope in mind.
Comfortable moving quickly, iterating on ideas, and letting go of designs that don’t make it to production.
Passionate about hardware development, engineering, space, and how humans build complex systems together.
Motivated by a startup culture, ownership, and you’re excited to work on a small team with big ambitions, and ready to roll up your sleeves.
Why Join Us?
Join us at the forefront of hardware innovation. We’re a tight-knit, ambitious team with a vision to transform how humans build. You’ll have the chance to impact real products, push boundaries, and work in an environment that values speed, flexibility, and precision.
