What you'll be doing (after training and onboarding) :
- Develop software according to given requirements, quality standards, and technical expectations set by team leadership within defined timeframes
- Demonstrate core competency in programming fundamentals and best practices such as SOLID, Object-Oriented design principles, DRY, and Domain Driven Design
- Learn and adapt to programming patterns and standards
- Participate in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle including design, development, testing, documentation, and support
- Collaborate with Product Managers / Business Analysts to develop solutions that meet specific business objectives
- Be a strong problem solver and possess commitment to completing all responsibilities
- Collaborate, share, and learn from team members, and actively follow all team processes
- Make an impact both as an individual contributor and as part of a team
- Demonstrate willingness to learn new skills
- Effectively communicate both orally and in writing
- Other duties as assigned
