Role Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team and drive growth in our commercial electronic security division. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of low-voltage security systems and a proven track record of building relationships, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across commercial, industrial, and institutional markets
- Conduct site surveys and client consultations to assess needs and propose tailored security solutions
- Create and present proposals and estimates for access control, CCTV, alarm, and communication systems
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure accurate scope and seamless handoff
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and upsell new solutions and service contracts
- Stay up to date on industry trends, technology advancements, and competitor offerings
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets tied to both system sales and recurring revenue
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in electronic security sales or low-voltage integration (access control, CCTV, intrusion, etc.)
- Understanding of platforms like Lenel, Alarm.com, Salto, or similar systems is a plus
- Ability to read construction drawings and specs is preferred
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred but Not Required:
- Familiarity with estimating software and CRM tools
- Technical background in installation or service is a plus
