Status: Part-time (less than 20 hours/week)

SUMMARY

The Emporia Clinic is IBT's most recent clinic addition that provides early learning opportunities for children with disabilities. The Emporia Clinic is a subsidiary of Integrated Behavioral Technologies, Inc, a nonprofit, 501 (c) 3 organization, that serves children with families across the State of Kansas. IBT operates this clinic along with our SEK Clinic, the KIDS Place in Northeast Kansas, a psychological assessment clinic located in Basehor, KS, and provides home and community-based interventions across the state. The person holding this position reports directly to the Clinic Director on site.

We are seeking a talented person who is motivated to work in our fast-paced center environment. We need someone who is energetic and wants to learn and grow to assist in general office needs.

Job Description:

This is an entry level, office assistant position, involving routine work in/around an office or clinical setting. See below for a list of example duties and responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

A series of tasks in an office or clinical setting that include, but not limited to:

• Keeps the office clean and neat
• Inventory
• Organization
• Sweeping, vacuuming
• Dishes
• Dusting, cleaning windows
• General clean up and sanitizing
• Basic data entry, photocopying, creating packets
• Setting up spaces for training or fundraising events
• Assists volunteers and committees as needed
• Pleasant, professional and positive attitude

Prerequisites:

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Have a reliable means of transportation to/from work
• Ability to follow general directions with minimal oversight and supervision
• Self-starting, motivated
• Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment
• Detail oriented and focused

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 per hour
