What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilitator position at Integrated Brain Health?
BIP (Batters Intervention Program) Facilitator will facilitate group sessions weekly. The facilitator is responsible for timely submission of all required paperwork related to the services provided as directed by the Program Director or designee.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree in social work, criminal justice, psychology or any related field.
- Knowledge: domestic violence.
- Language Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills; speaking in groups and conflict resolution skills; high level of personal integrity, diplomacy, discretion, and tact is necessary.
- Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a solid working knowledge of Email/Web Internet software; Excel Spreadsheets and Microsoft Word Processing software.
This job is a contract job. You will be required to work a minimum of 3 hours per group. Groups are held after 5pm M-F, Saturday mornings, and eventually some virtual.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 – 9 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends only
