We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Processing Manager to oversee our team of Processors and enhance our operational processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies that improve productivity, efficiency, and quality across various departments. This role requires strong leadership skills, a focus on customer service, and the ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage team performance by providing training development and support to staff.
- Collaborate with sales management to align operational processes with sales goals.
- Maintain relationships and communicate directly with our team of lending partners (lenders)
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing internal and external inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate administrative records related to processing management activities.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages open communication and collaboration.
- Oversee loan application process from submission all the way to closing.
- Learn guidelines for all active lenders to be able to target and submit to the appropriate lenders
- Learn all processes currently in place
- Build new relationships with new lending partners

- Proven experience in management with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to develop training programs that enhance team capabilities and performance.
- Strong communicative skills with the ability to influence and motivate team members.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Excel for tracking sales metrics and reporting.
- Exceptional phone etiquette, ensuring professional interactions with our lending partners.
