Job Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual (English and Spanish) Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years customer service experience and must be fluent in English and Spanish. The ideal candidate provides exceptional customer service and is proficient in handling various client inquiries. The ideal candidate will also have a minimum of 2 years’ experience performing customer training webinars.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate customer training through remote webinars
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with customers ensuring customer satisfaction with products and services
- Provide top-notch customer service conducting inbound and outbound calls promptly and professionally
- Manage customer expectations by providing timely and informative follow-ups and updates
- Utilize time management skills to manage incoming and outgoing calls efficiently
- Type and enter customer information accurately into the computer system
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and diligence
Skills Required for this position:
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Professionalism, confidentiality, and positivity are necessary
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in customer service is required
- Prior training experience is required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and customer information management
Benefits:
Medical/Dental: Benefits begin the first month after 60 days of employment. Example: If start date is 04.10.2024, 60 days from start date is 06.09.2024 and benefits begin July 2024
