What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Commercial Account Manager position at Integrated Companies?
The Commercial Account Manager is the service link between the insurance agency client and the carriers the agency represents.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their insurance needs.
- Conduct regular Renewal Reviews (in-person or online)
- Build and maintain rapport with Business Architects, CSRs, clients, and insurance underwriters
- Full responsibility for the servicing, retaining, and growing book of business.
- Complete renewal reviews within 30 days of policy expiration
- Communicate regularly with Business Architect and clients
- Review and Analyze Quarterly Audits
- Be a role model for the Integrated Ethos
- Support Business Architects in creating new business / cross-sell existing book of business.
- Answer client questions related to coverage, billing, and / or policy status and update policy info as needed.
- Use company systems to track work, tasks, and client activities
- Act as a resource to others, with the ability to train on a wide range of tasks, and is actively involved in training new employees
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements :
Working Conditions
Work will be performed in an office environment with limited exposure to natural light. Work may involve driving or riding to client locations.
