Integrated Connections is recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a thriving and respected Functional Medicine practice in Colorado with a loyal and growing patient community.

This is a full-time, hybrid position offering 3 in office days and 2 remote days with no patient visits on Fridays.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in clinical practice. A background in Primary Care is preferred
- At least 1 year of experience working in Integrative and/or Functional Medicine preferred
- Completion of some formal training in Functional & Integrative Medicine
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient engagement skills
- Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of the latest advancements in integrative and functional medicine
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach to healthcare
- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License in the State of Colorado. Active DEA license
Benefits:

- Base salary: $107,500 - $145,000 commensurate with experience plus bonuses and revenue sharing
