Responsibilities
How you will make an impact:
- Conduct thorough inspections of commercial cooling towers across various locations in Florida.
- Provide detailed inspection reports and recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to offer solutions and quotes based on inspection findings.
- Assist in post-sales project management and coordination with internal teams.
- Manage parts supply and subcontract labor as necessary.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service excellence.
Qualifications
What you bring:
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a technician. Cooling tower experience is a plus but not required.
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex commercial mechanical systems.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Comfortable working at heights, on roofs, and in crawlspaces.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in HVAC.
