Responsibilities
How you will make an impact:
- Handle sales and parts orders for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage warranty, service requests, RGAs, and start-ups.
- Send Notice-to-Owner requests for jobs over $5,000, ensure compliance with state regulations, and request lien releases.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints.
- Maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to streamline operations.
- Manage sales documentation including contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Resolve customer invoice disputes and receivables backlog with accounting.
- Set up new vendors and customers in systems.
- Coordinate with supply chain for product availability and track shipments.
Qualifications
What you bring:
- Education: a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is a plus, additional certifications and qualifications are also a plus
- Experience: 2 years of experience in sales support, administration, or a similar role; experience in the HVAC industry is preferred, but is not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, ERP systems, and relevant technical tools.
- Knowledge of sales processes and customer service principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Diligence and accuracy in order processing and record keeping.
- Strong customer service skills for prompt issue resolution.
- Problem-solving ability with effective implementation of solutions.
- Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
