Integrated Health 21 (IH21) is a leading provider of worksite wellness programs, including biometric screenings and vaccination clinics across the continental United States. Headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA with offices in Syracuse and Elmsford, NY and Brookfield, WI; IH21 partners with insurance companies, brokers and employers to customize health and wellness programs with the goal of improving health and wellness of their employees and insured.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Account Executive to join our team. This position is to build trust and create strong relationships among brokers, clients, leadership, and key stakeholders within each account to ensure client contracts are fulfilled to the client’s satisfaction. You will be responsible for maintaining client revenue base by managing account retentions and renewals as well as drive revenue through increased service adoption.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work strategically with clients and broker partners to help develop and enhance company wellness offerings and solutions.
- Strategize with various departments including, but not limited to Coaching, Account Management, Data Processing, and Staffing, Supply Management to ensure screening events, coaching, report delivery timeliness and expectations of the client are achieved.
- Conduct meetings/phone calls with clients and broker contacts to ensure programs are compliant with new industry regulations.
- Lead and manage the client renewal process from start to finish, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Oversee all client programming, which includes biometric screening events, health coaching, wellness dashboard, and wellness presentations.
- Organizes and manages timelines for multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Ensure client information is updated in IH21’s internal client management system.
- Provides frequent status and/or qualification reporting per client requests and deadlines.
- Effectively communicates to clients and brokers the ROI/VOI of their business through client-focused analytical data reviews and report delivery presentations.
- Implements the wellness dashboard and work strategically with client accounts for set-up and delivery of personalized wellness programming and services.
- Respond immediately to all client concerns and incidents. Immediately investigate the situation, while engaging senior and clinical management teams. Document findings and update accordingly.
- Efficiently manages time to focus on essential activities to ensure client satisfaction, account renewal, and account growth.
- Follows all standard operating procedures regarding Protected Health Information in compliance with all HIPAA and SOC II regulations.
- Demonstrates a visible working style and acts in a manner that is consistent with and shows commitment to the IH21 Core Values.
- Perform all duties of the Account Executive and Account Coordinator as needed to ensure successful delivery to clients.
- This position will participate in after-hours call.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Lift/Carry up to 15 pounds occasionally.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field preferred, master’s degree preferred.
- 3 years of related health and wellness industry experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail along with the ability to effectively prioritize work demands and project coordination.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team with enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity.
