ICW is actively seeking Psychotherapists and Nurse Practitioners who are passionate about making a difference in the growing mental health crisis. With the help of our leadership and patient support specialists, we strive to help our clinicians become the best version of themselves as therapists.
As an ICW therapist, you will be responsible for accurately diagnosing mental health conditions and developing appropriate treatment plans. You will also collaborate with peers to develop treatment plans and build rapport with clients compassionately and caringly. Mentoring peers throughout their careers in the Mental Health Industry, completing required documentation in a timely and professional manner, and practicing accountability in your actions, both professionally and ethically, are also important aspects of this role.
Minimum education and licensing requirements include being licensed to practice as a Psychotherapist in the state of Idaho, with provisional license holders also being considered. LCSW, LMFT, and LCPC are preferred.
Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, active listening, adaptability, respect for teammates, and the ability to set and hold personal/professional boundaries are among the minimum required skills. Critical thinking through complex problems and providing possible solutions is also essential.
