Job Description

Busy Dermatology office seeks team member for full-time Medical Assistant position.  The Medical Assistant works as part of the health care team by assisting the practice physician in providing high quality patient care in a professional manner.  The ideal candidate will be energetic and able to remain focused in a busy atmosphere while delivering a high level of customer service.

Duties :

  • Room patients, triage, obtain / document medical history and chief complaint in EMR
  • Scribe and assist provider during exams and procedures
  • Other duties as necessary

Qualifications :

  • Excellent communication, organizational and computer skills required
  • Must be a team player dedicated to patient care
    • Job Type :
  • Full-time
  • Work Schedule :   Monday-Thursday 7 : 30 am-5pm and occasional Fridays

    • Experience :

  • 1 year(s) of Medical Assistant experience (required)
  • Dermatology experience (preferred)
  • EMR experience (required)

    • Education :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

    • Certifications / Licenses :

  • Medical Assisting Certification (preferred)

    • Pay :

  • Pay starts at $22.00 per hour and increases based on experience
