Qualifications :
- Previous experience working for a healthcare software company specifically Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Practice Management (PM).
- Proven business operations experience managing areas such as client relations customer service training / implementation external partners / vendors compliance practice relations marketing and accounting.
- Prior experience building managing and developing various teams.
- Exceptional organization and communication skills.
- Technology savvy Advanced Microsoft Office skills and knowledge of project management tools (Jira MS Project etc. and able to identify new technology to support operations.
- Previous project management experience surrounding golives
- Previous experience working with accounting managing the budget.
