Our very busy Dermatology practice is seeking an exceptional, professional team player to join our front desk team. Our Front Desk associate must be able to handle a fast-paced environment, be a multi tasker and provide 5-star customer service.
Job Description
Duties:
- Greet patients
- Check-in/out
- Answering multi-line phones
- Verify insurances
- Scanning
- Handle high call volume
- Other office duties as assigned by the manager
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work well with mulitple phycians and be a team player
- Must be friendly, punctual and able to multitask and perform a wide variety of front desk activites
- Dermatology front desk experince is preferred

Experience:
- 1-2 years of front desk experience preferable
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Pay:
Starts at $19.00 hourly and increases with experience
