Applied Research Operations Lead

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Maintain project tracking, ensure proper resourcing of projects
• Lead meetings, create action items, and ensure accountability
• Coordinate with purchasing, vendors, and others to ensure internal and external ordering is completed and the lab is properly stocked and maintained
• Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion and coordinate with other groups/collaborators within and external to IDT to ensure smooth transfers of technology and materials
• Anticipate internal and external business challenges and/or regulatory issues; implement process, product or service improvements to overcome challenges using DBS tools.
  
  

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in industry R&D or related areas required
• Two years of project management experience required
• Demonstrated ability to influence others and drive results through collaborative efforts
  
  

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Project tracking software
• Statistical and data analysis software (JMP, SAS, R, etc.)
• Mentoring others and building consensus
