Job Summary
This position plays a key role in the Operations Process Engineering Department at Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT). As a Process Engineer II, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders and management to identify and prioritize process improvements
- Develop and implement validation plans and assist with VAVE projects to realize efficiencies
- Identify and address quality impacts to ensure product quality expectations are met
- Support manufacturing with project reviews and implementation of process controls
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, computer science, engineering, sourcing, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience
- Broad knowledge of VAVE principles and practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
