In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Execute timely and accurate generation of quotes for standard product offerings and subsequent order placement
- Review and resolve handling exceptions, clarifications, missing/unclear information, or issues for orders received by email and the website
- Provide positive customer experience by completing inbound customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat for requests during the quote to order cycle
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Associate’s degree
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent computer skills (including Microsoft Office applications and proficiency in typing)
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Bachelor's degree
- Salesforce & SAP experience
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
