Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot electro-mechanical and chemical reagent systems to support operations production goals.
- Perform technical investigations and manage updates to IDT's production equipment, including scheduling and technical oversight of implementation and validation activities.
- Provide resources to drive continuous improvement of automation systems and related technology sustainment activities.
- Identify opportunities for training production associates to improve their proficiency and adherence to best practices.
- Identify gaps in equipment usage, documentation, or controls and close gaps with agile work management.
Essential Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (EE, ECE desired), or equivalent experience and education.
- Minimum two years of relevant experience required.
- Strong troubleshooting skills required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with TeamCenter or equivalent PLM software.
- Experience with Beckhoff and Unitronics or equivalent industrial automation platforms
- Experience with industrial and laboratory safety standards
