In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Maintain project tracking, ensure proper resourcing of projects
- Lead meetings, create action items, and ensure accountability
- Coordinate with purchasing, vendors, and others to ensure internal and external ordering is completed and the lab is properly stocked and maintained
- Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion and coordinate with other groups/collaborators within and external to IDT to ensure smooth transfers of technology and materials
- Anticipate internal and external business challenges and/or regulatory issues; implement process, product or service improvements to overcome challenges using DBS tools.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in industry R&D or related areas required
- Two years of project management experience required
- Demonstrated ability to influence others and drive results through collaborative efforts
- Project tracking software
- Statistical and data analysis software (JMP, SAS, R, etc.)
- Mentoring others and building consensus
