Job Summary:

As the National Sales Manager, you will drive robust revenue growth by maximizing our wholesale channel revenue. You will find accretive ways to expand reach to new customers via wholesale channels without cannibalizing our retail direct-to-consumer business. The National Sales Manager is responsible for developing strategic sales plans, expanding into new markets, and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker, a strong leader, and a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

  • Maximize wholesale revenue while avoiding conflicts with our direct-to-consumer business.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to enter new markets and exceed targets.
  • Identify and secure new wholesale partnerships and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability.
  • Analyze market trends and data to optimize sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and maintain compliance with policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments on product launches and marketing initiatives.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • 5 years of sales team management in a high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
