Job Summary :

Integrated Engineering (iE) is seeking a dynamic Product Specialist to drive the success of our iE / Xodus product portfolio. In this role, you will oversee products from initial concept to launch and through their lifecycle. You'll serve as a key liaison between internal teams, external stakeholders, and customers, ensuring that product strategies align with both company goals and customer needs. You will also play a critical role in enhancing business processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and promoting integrity and respect in the workplace.

Responsibilities and Essential Duties :

• Product vision : Define the product strategy, roadmap, and feature set based on customer needs, product development parameters, and company goals.
• Market research : Analyze and understand the market to identify opportunities, including competitive analysis, pricing analysis, credible forecasting, market sizing, and customer needs.
• Product development : Collaborate with internal teams to create accurate timelines and ensure that products are developed on time, within budget, and to specifications.
• Product launch : Lead out in developing plans with internal teams to effectively launch new products to consumers.
• Product support : Be an expert on all products and work cross-functionally to identify defects and opportunities for product evolution, while ensuring the product meets legal, safety, and quality standards.
• Communication : Regularly communicate with stakeholders, including company executives, to report on progress and future plans
• Product pricing : Develop effective pricing strategies through a combination of market research, cost analysis, competitive analysis, and desired financial outcomes, including aging product price adjustments.
• Maintain best practices and participate in continuous improvement activities
