Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pick up and drop off keys
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Replenish restroom supplies
- Sweep and mop hard surface floors
- Vacuum carpeted floors
- Dust and disinfect surfaces
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
Minimum Requirements:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and random drug testing if hired
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Strong team player
Preferred Qualifications:
- Honest, trustworthy, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new techniques
- Reliable and punctual
