Now Hiring: Site Manager (Part-Time)
We’re looking for enthusiastic, service-oriented professionals to join our team as Site Managers. This role requires individuals who are strong communicators, capable leaders, and passionate about delivering exceptional property management services. Site Managers play a vital role in the smooth operation of residential communities, ensuring resident satisfaction, budget oversight, and team success.
Position Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday with occasional weekends and on-call shifts as needed

Your Core Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of assigned properties
- Coordinate and complete maintenance tasks, repairs, and improvement projects
- Respond efficiently to resident concerns and service requests
- Conduct property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality
- Organize community events to enhance resident engagement
- Communicate and collaborate with vendors and contractors
- Track financials, manage budgets, and ensure cost-effective solutions
- Enforce community standards and policies
- Maintain detailed records and documentation
- Submit monthly updates and take part in Board meetings as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Authorized to work in the United States
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a drug screening (pre-employment and ongoing)
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable, flexible, and a team player
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading a team or supervising operations
- Background in residential or facility/property management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Skilled in problem-solving and time management
- Basic computer proficiency
- Education or coursework in business, hospitality, accounting, or property management
- Familiarity with building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, custodial, and security services
