Pay Range: $17.00-20.00/per hour
Professionalism
- Use appropriate language while interacting with residents, employees, or persons having business with the

- Avoids arguments with staff, residents and outside vendors involved in business with the Association
- Communicate with lead maintenance and management about needs or changes needed to help get the job
thoroughly complete, safe and correct - Maintain a professional appearance
- clean shirt, clean pants, combed hair, clean shaven, maintains uniform and equipment
- Be on time or early for scheduled shift
- Follows through on assigned tasks
- Maintains House Rules
- Reports incidents or violations of House Rules to management and/or security
Administrative
- Understand House Rules and Employee Policy Manual
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment
- Maintains Daily Maintenance Job list & Log Form and other assigned special tasks
Work Skill
- Able to do basic clean‐up with proper equipment and/or tools (i.e. vacuum buffer)
- Ability to obtain working knowledge of basic lighting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, painting and some mechanical
- Ability to keep job assignment area clean and safe while performing duties
Training
- Able to attend training on and off work site to improve skills needed to get the job done correctly
- Advance training in specialties (i.e. locksmith, CPO, etc…)
- Cross trained in all parts of the job on‐site
- Train, instruct or mentor other staff in your strong areas as needed or by instruction of Lead Maintenance, Operations Manager, and/or Association Manager
