Description
Electrical Maintenance position in a manufacturing environment for night shift 7pm - 7am on a rotating schedule.
Responsible for general electrical maintenance including the ability to troubleshoot, repair and PM plant equipment. This includes a general working knowledge of electrical principles for diagnostic and electrical repairs of Extrusion, Heat-set and Yarn related manufacturing equipment completes scheduled PM of equipment to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent GED.
- 2 to 3 years Maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility preferred but will work to train the right candidate.
- Proficient using all facility equipment and machinery to allow for troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and resolve other basic operating problems
- Ability to read electrical prints and trace circuits
- Ability to interpret volt meter readings
- Ability to achieve results through team efforts.
- Ability to obtain PIT certification.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
